Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EnvatoLicenseManager, including the purchase of digital licenses and the use of our custom project / freelance-hire portal. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide (a) digital license products for purchase and activation, and (b) a custom project service where you can submit a project request describing your requirements and budget, receive a contract offer from us covering budget, timeline, and milestones, negotiate those terms, and — once accepted and paid — have the work carried out and tracked through your client portal.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. License Purchases

Purchased licenses are subject to the usage terms described on the relevant product page (such as number of domains/installations permitted). Licenses may be suspended or blocked if used in violation of these Terms or the applicable product's usage terms.

4. Custom Project Engagements

When you submit a project request, it is reviewed by our team, who may accept it, decline it, or respond with a contract proposing a budget, timeline, and (where applicable) a milestone breakdown. You may accept a contract as proposed, decline it, or submit a counter-offer with different terms; a contract is only binding once both parties have agreed on its final terms through the portal.

Once a contract is accepted, the project begins after the required payment (in full, or the first milestone, depending on the contract's payment type) has been submitted and verified by our team. Project progress is tracked via milestones visible in your portal.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and rights to the final deliverables transfer to you upon full payment of the agreed budget. Until then, all work product remains our property.

5. Payment Methods

Payments may be made via bank transfer — where you transfer funds directly and upload a receipt for our team to manually verify before the project starts or continues — or via GoPayFast, once this option is fully connected to a live merchant account (until then, GoPayFast will be shown as "coming soon" and is not available for use). We do not store full payment card details; card payments are handled directly by GoPayFast.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project requirements, respond to requests for clarification in a timely manner, and use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to request or receive work that infringes on the rights of others or violates applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (excluding deliverables transferred to you under Section 4) — including our branding, design, and platform code — remains the property of EnvatoLicenseManager and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnvatoLicenseManager is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or project giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time; amounts already paid remain subject to our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which EnvatoLicenseManager operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
