Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on EnvatoLicenseManager, covering both digital license purchases and custom project ("Hire Us") payments.

Digital License Purchases

Because licenses are digital products delivered and activated instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once a license key has been issued and/or activated. Refunds may be considered, at our discretion, if: the product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end; the license is defective and cannot be activated after reasonable troubleshooting with our support team; or you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment).

Refund requests for license purchases must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via a support ticket, along with your order details.

Custom Project ("Hire Us") Payments

Custom project payments work differently, since they fund work carried out specifically for you under an agreed contract:

• Before work starts: if you have paid but work has not yet begun, you may request a full refund by contacting support, minus any payment processing fees already incurred.
• Full-payment contracts, after work has started: refunds are prorated based on the portion of work completed, as reasonably assessed by our team, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Milestone-based contracts: each milestone payment covers the work defined for that milestone. Once a milestone has been marked completed and delivered, that milestone's payment is non-refundable; unpaid or not-yet-started milestones can be cancelled without charge.
• Cancelled or rejected requests: if a project request or contract is cancelled or rejected before any payment is made, no charge applies.

How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request through your account's support/discussion thread, or by emailing raiadnan@shaheendevelopers.com, including your order or project reference. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned using the same method you paid with. Bank transfer refunds are sent back to the originating account and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. Online payments processed via GoPayFast (once enabled) are refunded through GoPayFast to your original payment method, subject to GoPayFast's own processing times.
